Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore is blessed with a fine selection of beautiful sand beaches, such as, Clam Harbour, Taylor Head, Martinique and Lawrencetown, where swimming, surfing, sailboarding and sunbathing are all pursued with great passion during the summer months, while beachcombing is popular for most of the year. Step back in time to discover Nova Scotia from its early days here on the Eastern Shore, where people lived off the land and life was at a different pace. Discover our seafaring history at the Fishermen’s Life Museum here in Jeddore or explore our inland connections at the Musquodoboit Harbour Railway Museum. Take a stroll down memory lane at the Memory Lane Heritage Village in Lake Charlotte. Visit the historic Moose River Gold Mine site or return to yesterday at the fascinating Sherbrooke Village.

Nova Scotia is blessed with great spots for camping, relaxing and swimming. Porter's Lake Provincial Park and Dollar Lake Provincial Park are two popular spots within driving distance of Sea Rover.

Golf by the sea and experience the challenge of our local golf courses. Nearby Harbour Ridge Golf Club in Petpeswick and the River Oaks Golf Club in Meaghers Grant are two local courses that will test your skills.

Festivals
